Privacy policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information, and the choices available to you.

Who we are

Yeswedoweb Studio is operated by YESWEDOWEB NETWORK WEBSITES DESIGNING - L.L.C - S.P.C, registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for how personal information is used when you visit this website or enquire about our services. For privacy questions, contact hello@yeswedoweb.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, project details, service preference, budget, and any company or referral information you choose to share. We also receive information you provide in follow-up messages or when booking a call. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Our hosting and security providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, and security signals, to deliver the website and help prevent abuse.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, arrange calls, and manage our work together. We also use information to maintain website security, resolve problems, understand website usage, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the purpose and the law that applies, we process information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or to meet legal obligations. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting our services. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Providers that help us run the website

Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare processes contact-form submissions and provides Turnstile spam protection. Attio stores enquiry details in our CRM so we can track and respond to potential projects. Resend delivers enquiries to our Google Workspace inbox. The contact form does not save enquiries in a separate website database; copies may remain in our CRM, email and provider systems under their applicable retention arrangements.

Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish people from automated activity. Read Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

If you follow our booking link, Cal.com processes the details you submit to arrange the call. Its service is also subject to Cal.com's privacy policy. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Google Analytics and your choices

When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use the website. It uses cookies and identifiers to measure information such as pages viewed, interactions, referral sources, approximate location, and browser or device details. We use these reports to improve the website. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, or project messages as analytics event data.

We ask for your consent before loading Google Analytics. You can accept or reject analytics cookies, and change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice for up to 6 months. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers. This add-on applies to Google Analytics, not other website processing.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's privacy policy for more information.

Browser preferences

If you choose Reduce motion, we save that preference in your browser using local storage. It lets the website remember your choice on later visits. You can change it using the motion control in the footer or remove it by clearing this website's stored browser data.

How long we keep information

For enquiries that do not become projects, we keep correspondence for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete it unless it is needed to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. If you become a client, relevant information becomes part of our project records.

We retain client, contract, and accounting records for as long as needed to deliver services and meet applicable legal requirements. Security logs, backups, and analytics data follow their own retention schedules, based on their purpose, provider settings, and applicable obligations. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle expires.

International processing

We operate from the United Arab Emirates and use providers that may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, these must be in place, such as appropriate contractual protections. You can contact us for details about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.

Keeping information secure

We use encrypted website connections and spam protection to help protect information in transit and reduce abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information shared with us has been compromised.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions, including record-keeping requirements. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

To make a request, email hello@yeswedoweb.com. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.

External websites

Our website links to client websites, booking services, and other third-party platforms. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them or provide information directly to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision. Where required, we will notify you about material changes or ask for fresh consent.
