## Frequently asked questions

### What is the Website Sprint?

Website Sprint is a complete website project for businesses launching a new site or redesigning an existing one. Strategy, design, development, and launch are covered by one fixed fee. A standard sprint takes 6 weeks; larger websites have a separately agreed scope and timeline.

### What’s included?

Content strategy, copy support, design, development, and launch, scoped around the pages and features your business needs. It includes on-page SEO, analytics setup, and training for your team, with a CMS and integrations where agreed. Your proposal lists the exact pages, features, and deliverables.

### How much does it cost?

A standard sprint costs $10,000-$15,000 USD. Larger websites receive a custom fixed quote based on the layouts, content, and functionality needed. We agree the fee before starting. If you request work beyond that scope, we agree any extra cost with you before doing it.

### When will our website launch?

A standard sprint goes live in 6 weeks from kickoff. Larger websites may need a longer schedule or a phased launch. Before starting, we agree the start date and when content, feedback, and approvals are due. If the scope changes or an input is delayed, we explain the effect on the launch date and agree the next steps with you.

### What if we need a larger website?

We look at the layouts, content, and functionality you need, not just the number of pages. Larger websites may need a custom fee and timeline or a phased launch. We agree the approach before work begins.

### Which platform will you use?

We use Webflow, Framer, or custom code. The choice depends on your content, integrations, and how your team will update the site. We recommend a platform and agree it with you before the sprint starts.

### What do you need from us before we start?

Your goals, audience, brand assets, available content, and access to relevant website accounts. We also need one main contact to gather feedback and confirm approvals. Before kickoff, we identify anything missing and agree who will provide it and when.

### Can you help with our copy and content?

Yes. We help structure your content, clarify your message, and refine copy within the agreed scope. You provide the business knowledge and approve the wording. Extensive new writing, photography, or specialist content is scoped separately before we start.

### Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We review what works, what needs to change, and which content to keep. Before starting, we agree what to rebuild, whether content needs moving to a new CMS, and which old URLs need redirects.

### How do feedback and revisions work?

Your proposal sets out the review stages and included revisions. At each milestone, your main contact gathers feedback into one set of comments. We agree the designs before development and flag requests that would change the scope or schedule.

### What if we need extra pages or features?

We explain the extra cost and any effect on the launch date before you decide. We can add the work to the sprint or plan a separate phase after launch. Nothing outside the agreed scope starts without your approval.

### Will the website include SEO and analytics?

Yes. We set up on-page SEO and agreed analytics, and check performance and accessibility before launch. For redesigns, we also plan redirects for agreed URL changes. Ongoing SEO campaigns and paid advertising are outside the sprint; we do not guarantee rankings or conversion results.

### Can our team update the website after launch?

Yes. We set up a CMS for content that needs regular updates and train your team to use it. At handover, you receive the access and guidance to manage the content areas agreed in your scope.

### Who will lead our project?

Samir Timezgida, our creative director and senior developer, is your direct contact from strategy to launch. You work with the person building your website throughout the sprint.

### Are hosting and platform costs included?

These costs are separate from the project fee unless your proposal says otherwise. They include hosting, your domain, platform subscriptions, and third-party tools. We outline the expected running costs before launch.

### What happens after launch?

You receive training and guidance to run your website, plus any post-launch support included in your proposal. For ongoing pages, features, and improvements, you can choose Website Growth: a separate monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum commitment.

### How do we get started?

Tell us about your business, your current website if you have one, and what you want to change. We discuss your goals, scope, and timing, then confirm the deliverables, fixed fee, and start date in a proposal for you to review.
