## Frequently asked questions

### What is Website Growth?

Website Growth is ongoing design and development for your existing website, based on an agreed block of 10, 20, or 40 hours per month. We use those hours for the updates and improvements you prioritize together with us, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

### What can we request?

New pages and landing pages, content and CMS updates, design and user experience refinements, forms, integrations, technical fixes, and performance or accessibility improvements. We agree the priorities that fit within your monthly block of hours before starting.

### How is the retainer priced?

Choose 10 hours for $2,250 USD, 20 hours for $4,000 USD, or 40 hours for $7,500 USD per month. We recommend starting with 20 hours. Together, we choose the number of hours that fits your website and priorities, then confirm the monthly fee and any separate costs in your proposal. The minimum commitment is 3 months.

### Why is there a 3-month minimum commitment?

The first 3 months give us time to understand your website, establish a working rhythm, and make a meaningful series of improvements. We can plan beyond individual fixes and review how the changes are working. The minimum commitment is 3 months from the start of your retainer.

### Do you need to have built our website?

No. We can review an existing Webflow, Framer, or custom website before recommending a retainer. We check the setup, access, and technical constraints first, so you know what we can support and whether any initial work is needed.

### How do we submit and prioritize requests?

You get access to a shared project tracker during onboarding. Add requests to the backlog with the context, content, and assets we need. Together, we clarify the scope and priority, then work through the agreed backlog within your monthly block of hours. You can follow progress and share feedback in the tracker.

### What does the 48-hour turnaround cover?

Standard requests, such as small content updates, straightforward layout changes, and minor fixes, are ready for review within 48 hours of work starting, during business days. The turnaround begins once a request is agreed, scheduled, and has the content and access we need. Larger pages, features, and integrations follow a separately agreed schedule. Publishing follows your approval and our checks. Requests are scheduled within your monthly hours; adding an item to the backlog does not start the turnaround clock.

### What counts toward our monthly hours?

Planning, project meetings, design, development, revisions, testing, and publishing all count toward your monthly block. We prioritize the work together so the agreed hours cover both delivery and the coordination needed to do it well. Any work beyond your block is discussed and agreed before it starts.

### Is the work unlimited?

No. Your retainer includes the agreed 10, 20, or 40 hours each month. Larger requests may need to be broken into phases, replace another priority, or be scoped separately. We discuss those choices with you before taking on work beyond your agreed hours.

### Can our priorities change during the month?

Yes. We can review the queue together and adjust upcoming work when your needs change. If something is already in progress, we explain how switching priorities affects the schedule and remaining hours before making the change.

### Does this include maintenance and urgent support?

Routine website upkeep and technical fixes can form part of the agreed scope. A retainer does not automatically include round-the-clock monitoring or emergency support. We clarify maintenance responsibilities, availability, and any support requirements in your proposal.

### Can you help with SEO, analytics, and conversion?

We can improve on-page SEO, analytics implementation, page structure, forms, and user journeys, and use available data to inform changes. The work stays focused on your website. Rankings, traffic, and conversion results depend on many factors, so we do not guarantee specific increases.

### What is outside the retainer?

Brand identity projects, standalone graphic or motion design, paid advertising, and a complete website rebuild are outside this website-focused service. Hosting, platform subscriptions, and third-party tools are separate unless your proposal says otherwise. For a new website or a full redesign, we can scope a Website Sprint.

### Who will we work with, and how are updates approved?

Samir is your direct contact for design and development. We share work for review and collect your feedback before publishing agreed changes. During onboarding, we establish who provides feedback, who approves releases, and how we keep each other updated.

### What happens after the first 3 months?

We review what has been delivered and what your website needs next, then discuss continuing support and any changes to your monthly block of hours. Renewal, cancellation notice, and any pause arrangements are set out in your proposal before you sign, so you know how the retainer works beyond the initial commitment.

### How do we get started?

Send us your website and the changes you have in mind. We review the fit, discuss priorities and access, and agree a 10-, 20-, or 40-hour monthly block. Your proposal confirms the hours, monthly fee, start date, and 3-month minimum commitment.
